2. Choose your unit floor & unit number. Ask for a computation or payment schedule.
3. Pay the Reservation Fee. Accepts Credit Card, Checks & Cash.
4. Submit Requirements (2 government issued IDs) with signature.
5. Always contact the undersigned for assistance & questions.
6. CONGRATULATIONS! You have now a home to call your own.

1. Choose which type of unit (studio, 1bedroom, 1bedroom w/ balcony, 2bedroom w/ balcony, Tandem units)
2. Email me scanned copy of complete and signed Reservation forms (i will email the soft copy of blank reservation forms)
3. Email me your scanned 2 valid IDs with signature.
4. Wire Transfer the Reservation fee to:
